SanDisk
Creating an easy-to-use purchase experience for SanDisk and Nintendo's memory cards. AboutView Figma fileAbout the Project
In 2024, Western Digital and SanDisk underwent a significant corporate restructuring, resulting in their split into two separate companies. Following this transition, SanDisk required a robust e-commerce platform to effectively market and sell their SSDs, memory cards, and USB flash products.
As a UX/UI designer, I was entrusted with the critical task of developing this e-commerce solution to meet both the company’s strategic objectives and the needs of its diverse consumer base. My role encompassed designing a comprehensive product description page, an intuitive cart interface, and a seamless checkout experience, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient online shopping journey for SanDisk’s customers.

Design System nearing Completion
I’ve kickstarted the design system prior to leaving the organization in mid-2024. Design rules such as color, button, input fields, and tables are just some of the essentials established here needed for fellow designers and developers in ensuring a consistent platform of the SanDisk website.
Note: SanDisk has rebranded in 2025 which have resulted in new branding. The design system I’ve worked on in 2024 is now considered legacy.
